噴淋式脫硫除塵器也(ye)稱為噴(pen)(pen)(pen)霧(wu)(wu)塔(ta),是在吸(xi)收(shou)塔(ta)內(nei)(nei)上部布置幾層(ceng)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴,脫硫劑通(tong)過(guo)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴噴(pen)(pen)(pen)出形(xing)成(cheng)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)霧(wu)(wu),通(tong)過(guo)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)滴與(yu)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)充分接觸,來(lai)完成(cheng)傳(chuan)質過(guo)程。空塔(ta)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)淋(lin)吸(xi)收(shou)塔(ta)主(zhu)體為矩形(xing)塔(ta)體,塔(ta)體內(nei)(nei)配(pei)置有(you)多個 噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴及 除(chu)霧(wu)(wu)裝置,漿液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)在吸(xi)收(shou)塔(ta)內(nei)(nei)通(tong)過(guo) 霧(wu)(wu)化噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴霧(wu)(wu)化,霧(wu)(wu)化覆蓋面(mian)積可(ke)達(da)200%,形(xing)成(cheng)良好的(de)氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)接觸反應界面(mian),煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)進入塔(ta)內(nei)(nei)之后,在塔(ta)內(nei)(nei)勻速上升(sheng),與(yu)霧(wu)(wu)狀噴(pen)(pen)(pen)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)進行(xing) 混合接觸,脫除(chu)SO2等酸性(xing)氣(qi)(qi)體。根據(ju)燃煤含硫量、脫硫效率等,一般在脫硫塔(ta)內(nei)(nei)布置幾層(ceng)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴。噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴形(xing)式和噴(pen)(pen)(pen)淋(lin)壓力對液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)滴直(zhi)徑(jing)有(you)明顯的(de)影響(xiang)。減(jian)少(shao)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)滴直(zhi)徑(jing),可(ke)以增加傳(chuan)質表面(mian)積,延長液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)滴在塔(ta)內(nei)(nei)的(de)停留時間(jian),兩者(zhe)對脫硫效率均起到積極的(de)作(zuo)用。液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)滴在塔(ta)內(nei)(nei)的(de)停留時間(jian)與(yu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)滴直(zhi)徑(jing)、噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴出口速度和煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)動(dong)方向有(you)關。帶(dai)霧(wu)(wu)點的(de)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)上升(sheng)至 除(chu)霧(wu)(wu)裝置時,通(tong)過(guo)除(chu)霧(wu)(wu)裝置的(de)作(zuo)用,氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)進行(xing)接觸二次(ci)吸(xi)收(shou)并(bing)同時分離(li),從而避免煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)夾(jia)帶(dai)霧(wu)(wu)沫(mo),限(xian)度地減(jian)少(shao)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)帶(dai)水現象(xiang)。
噴淋(lin)式脫(tuo)硫除塵(chen)器主要由主筒體、上部(bu)噴淋(lin)盤、中部(bu)填(tian)料、清理孔(kong)、視鏡(jing)孔(kong)等組成(cheng)。
含(han)塵(chen)含(han)硫氣流通(tong)過煙(yan)道進入筒體(ti)。主(zhu)體(ti)是一個圓(yuan)形筒體(ti),堿性水從除塵(chen)器(qi)上(shang)部噴淋盤射入筒內,使(shi)整個筒體(ti)的(de)填料與堿性水混(hun)合(he)形成霧(wu)狀(zhuang)水膜從上(shang)而下流動(填料在氣流的(de)作用下不停翻滾,使(shi)之(zhi)充分混(hun)合(he)產生化學(xue)反應生成硫酸鈣(gai))。
煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)由(you)筒(tong)(tong)體下部(bu)切向進入,在筒(tong)(tong)體內旋轉上(shang)升,含(han)塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體在離(li)心(xin)力作用(yong)下始終(zhong)與(yu)筒(tong)(tong)體內的水膜發生(sheng)摩擦,這樣含(han)塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體被水膜充分濕潤,塵(chen)粒隨水流(liu)到儲存(cun)器底部(bu),從(cong)溢水孔(kong)排(pai)(pai)走。在筒(tong)(tong)體底部(bu)設(she)有(you)水封(feng)管以防止煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)從(cong)低部(bu)漏出(chu),另設(she)有(you)清(qing)理孔(kong)便于進行筒(tong)(tong)體底部(bu)清(qing)理。除(chu)塵(chen)后廢水由(you)底部(bu)溢流(liu)孔(kong)排(pai)(pai)出(chu)進入沉淀池(chi),循環(huan)使用(yong)。凈化后的氣(qi)(qi)體,通過筒(tong)(tong)體上(shang)部(bu)錐(zhui)體部(bu)引出(chu),從(cong)而達到除(chu)塵(chen)脫硫目(mu)的,使排(pai)(pai)放煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)能(neng)夠達到環(huan)保要求。
