芒刺線屬于(yu)(yu)點狀放(fang)(fang)電(dian),其起暈電(dian)壓比其他形式(shi)極線(xian)(xian)低,放(fang)(fang)電(dian),在正常(chang)(chang)(chang)情況下比星形線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)電(dian)暈電(dian)流高1倍。力(li)學,不易斷線(xian)(xian)和變形。由于(yu)(yu) 放(fang)(fang)電(dian),增強了(le)板線(xian)(xian)附近的(de)(de)電(dian)風,芒(mang)刺(ci)點不易積塵,,適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)含塵的(de)(de)場合,在大型靜(jing)電(dian)除塵器(qi)中,常(chang)(chang)(chang)在 、 電(dian)場內使用(yong)。芒(mang)刺(ci)電(dian)極的(de)(de)刺(ci)尖(jian)有時(shi)會結小球,因而不易清灰。常(chang)(chang)(chang)用(yong)的(de)(de)有柱狀芒(mang)刺(ci)線(xian)(xian)、扁鋼芒(mang)刺(ci)線(xian)(xian)、管狀芒(mang)刺(ci)線(xian)(xian)、鋸齒線(xian)(xian)、角鋼芒(mang)刺(ci)線(xian)(xian)、波形芒(mang)刺(ci)線(xian)(xian)和魚骨線(xian)(xian)等。
管(guan)(guan)狀(zhuang)芒(mang)(mang)刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian)亦(yi)稱RS線(xian),一般和(he)480C形(xing)板(ban)或(huo)385Z形(xing)板(ban)配用,是使用較為普遍的電(dian)暈電(dian)極(ji)。早期的管(guan)(guan)狀(zhuang)芒(mang)(mang)刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian)是由兩(liang)個(ge)半圓(yuan)管(guan)(guan)組成(cheng)并(bing)焊(han)上(shang)(shang)芒(mang)(mang)刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)。因芒(mang)(mang)刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)點(dian)焊(han)不(bu)好容易脫落,如果把芒(mang)(mang)刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)和(he)半圓(yuan)管(guan)(guan)由一塊鋼板(ban)沖(chong)出,成(cheng)為整體鋒狀(zhuang)芒(mang)(mang)刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian),芒(mang)(mang)刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)不(bu)會(hui)脫落,但測(ce)試表明,與圓(yuan)管(guan)(guan)相對的收塵極(ji)板(ban)處電(dian)流密度(du)為零。現在在圓(yuan)管(guan)(guan)上(shang)(shang)壓出尖刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)的管(guan)(guan)形(xing)芒(mang)(mang)刺(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian),解決了(le)電(dian)暈電(dian)流不(bu)均勻問題(ti)。
